Refunds

No change of mind refunds are given so please choose carefully. Please view sizing for products and please measure your fur baby for the correct size before placing your order.

Postal Charges

DogClothesSmallDogs.com does not make money on postage charges. All small dogs breeds dog clothes postage charges are charged on our website are supplier fees only.

Return Approval

If there is a problem please contact us for advice and resolution. We will advise return instructions and approval via email.

Return Condition

If goods have been approved for return they must meet these conditions before a refund will be approved.

1. Goods must be in the same conditions as received. e.g. no hair on product/s, marks or stains.

2. Not laundered or stretched.

3. In same condition as received.

4. A picture emailed to our office of the product with the supposed problem when first received and details of the concern.

5. Cannot have been worn.

6. Ordering the wrong size is not covered by our return policy.

Refund Policy

If any goods are returned the customer must pay return postage. No refund for shipping charges on all orders.
